Returns & Exchanges

At TLB Mallorca, we strive for perfection in every pair of shoes; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective materials are included, and securely pack them into an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our workshop in Inca, Mallorca, keeping your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
