Where are TLB Mallorca shoes manufactured?
All our footwear is handcrafted in our own factory in Inca, Mallorca (Spain), by skilled artisans using traditional Goodyear welting techniques.
What is the difference between the Mainline and Artista collections?
While both use premium leathers, the Artista collection features high-end bespoke details such as tighter waists, real bone-beveled waists, and refined finishing usually found only in custom shoemaking.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via express courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I determine my correct size?
Our shoes generally follow UK sizing. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page, and our customer service team is available to provide personalized fitting advice based on your current footwear.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, mint condition and in their original packaging. Please note that Made-to-Order (MTO) items are non-refundable.
